While we aim to meet these delivery times, delays caused by customs, weather, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

If your country isn’t available during checkout, unfortunately we do not currently ship there.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered during checkout. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update your order before it is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders
